Delivery

Our delivery charge is £19.99 per order.

Delivery is to the mainland UK only. Premier Kitchen Accessories do not make overseas deliveries. 

Our deliveries take place Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays). This is a one-man delivery to the front door of your building.

Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by a member of the Premier Kitchen Accessories Customer Service Team to arrange a delivery date and time to suit you. Deliveries on standard stock products will be made within 7-10 working days.

Returns

Unwanted Item(s)

At Premier Kitchen Accessories, we want you to be delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase. So, please do tell us if there is a problem and we will do our best to rectify it. Once you receive your order you have 7 calendar days to contact us if you decide you wish to return some or all of it. Our Customer Service Team will then contact you to explain the returns process and  arrange collection. The costs of returning goods will be borne by you.

Faulty Item(s)

Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error by Premier Kitchen Accessories, will be collected from you free of charge.

Please contact us within 3 calendar days from receipt of your order if your item is faulty or has been received in error and our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange collection.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in a full un-used condition. Items that are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge may be levied to cover the cost of the failed collection.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE ASSEMBLED YOUR PRODUCT WE CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

Please be aware that you need to contact us before returning any unwanted or faulty items. In the scenario that this is not actioned, we shall not be able to process your return.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
